Express Customer Service

I placed an order 3 days ago for the dryer balls and as soon as I hit the order button I realized the ship to address was incorrect. I emailed customer service immediately (as instructed), which is the only way to contact this company, about the mistake and here it is 3 days later, and NOTHING back from customer service. BUT I did receive a message just now that my order has shipped. So now I have wasted over $40 because of their incompetence. I will NEVER use this company again. Buyer beware!!!!!

I bought this product because it’s non-toxic and unscented. When I used it, it left a lot of white residue on everything. It was very hard to wash off. I got 120 pods for around $35. Is it possible to get a refund on this or to get some credit to get something else?
