Refund policy

Our customers are important to us and we will work with you to help in any way we can. We are one of the most basic, minimalist brands around, so if you are trying our brand out for the first time, you may need to tweak your routine to achieve the desired results; most of the time, we find that customers are experiencing issues that we are able to help solve and troubleshoot!

You are able to return unopened items* within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the purchase price less any discounts received and less any shipping fees charged.

For items purchased at stores, please contact the store where the purchase was made to review their refund policy.

*All Wool Dryer Ball sales are final and non-refundable.
