Formulated using safe, naturally-derived, and responsibly-sourced ingredients, Molly’s Suds natural Dish Soap is effective, long-lasting, and extra gentle on those hard-working hands.

Some things in life should always be simple and safe. In our opinion, dish soap is one of those things. Unfortunately, most big brand dish soaps are packed with harsh chemicals that are hard on the environment and our bodies.

So, we designed a long-lasting, affordable dish soap alternative that is simple and safe for both people and the planet. Made using only plant-derived ingredients, our natural dish soap has all the cleansing and grease-cutting power of conventional dish soaps, but with none of the health hazards.

  • Easily cuts through grease and oil
  • Long-lasting, powerful formula
  • Plant-powered ingredients that are gentle on your skin
  • Perfect choice for washing baby bottles, pacifiers, baby toys, etc
  • Mild pH
  • Septic safe
  • No harsh chemicals, toxins, fillers, known human carcinogens, preservatives or GMO ingredients
  • Safe for households with fragrance and chemical sensitivities
  • Vegan and Certified Cruelty-Free by Leaping Bunny
  • BPA and BPS-free bottle made from recyclable PET #1 plastic

Additional Uses and Tips:

More Ways to Use Your Dish Soap

The uses of this dish soap aren’t confined to the kitchen! Here are some other ways to make use of our natural dish soap!

Grease Splatter: You know that bacon you made for breakfast this morning, that splattered hot grease over your entire stovetop? Scrubbing up grease has got to be one of the worst chores out there. To make your task easier, we have a tip.

  • Place a small amount of Dish onto a wet sponge. Massage the soap into the sponge, and then attack that grease splatter!
  • Allow the Dish to create a thin layer of lather over the whole mess.
  • Rinse out your sponge, and wipe down the whole area with hot water, rinsing your sponge often.
  • Admire your handiwork and swear (yet again) to stop cooking bacon on the stovetop.

Grease Stains: Dish doesn’t only cut through grease on counter tops and dishes. It also cuts through grease in clothing! If you’ve splattered butter, oil, or grease onto your favorite blouse, and aren’t able to do a proper stain pretreatment right away, follow these steps.

  • Remove the clothing as soon as possible and apply Dish Soap directly to the stain (don’t wet the garment).
  • Massage the soap into the stain. Add a sprinkle of baking soda. Allow to sit for a few minutes.
  • When you’re able, pop the stained garment into the washer and launder as normal.
  • Dry the garment and return it to the closet. Stain? What stain?
  • Check out our Stain Guide for more tips on how to tackle tough stains!

Bubble Bottle Replacement Liquid: Have leftover empty bubble bottles? Don’t throw those away! Instead, fill them up with a mixture of Dish Soap and clean water for hours upon hours of more bubble-blowing fun. (Anything to keep those kids busy, right?) You can check out the recipe here.

Bubble Bottle Replacement Recipe:

  • In a large measuring cup, measure 1 ½ cups warm water.
  • Add 2 teaspoons of white sugar, stirring until dissolved.
  • Add ½ cup dish soap.
  • Stir mixture gently and then funnel into empty bubble bottles.
  • Add the bubble wands back into the bottles, cap, and reuse, again and again!

  1. Ginger F.

I was so excited to try this when I saw they had released a new household line! I bought this and the all purpose cleaner. This does an amazing job on our dishes (even the day old dishes) and the scent is sooo nice. It is not overpowering, but strong enough to smell the fresh clean goodness while we are doing the dishes. A+++ Molly’s Suds!

  2. Katie M

Great option for a safer soap. I’ve used the unscented option on dishes and hummingbird feeder. I hand washed my silicone straws and no residue is left so glad to have that option. Helps to get off leftovers when I soak my dishes with this as well. Looking forward to ordering the lemon scent when I run out.

  3. Jennifer

I love that Molly Sud’s now offers a household line so I can use their products beyond my laundry room! It is great that there is a unscented option in the dish soap with is also free of dyes and vegan. It is always important for me to use safe, healthy products like this dish soap with plant-based safe ingredients especially on surfaces my family eats off of! I have been using the unscented dish soap for my normal dishes and find it works great on both normal levels of mess as well as more stubborn food (like baked on veggies!).
